LANDSCAPING

• Spring Cleanup to be completed by March 31^st
• Edging and Mulching of all shrubbery beds to be completed by April 10^th
• Mowing of all lawn areas are performed on Thursdays weather permitting
• Hand weeding and spraying for weeds in shrubbery beds is performed each mowing
• Pruning of all bushes occurs in June/July and September/October
• Fall Cleanup to be completed prior to Thanksgiving
• Additional leaf clean up
• Turf Applications (Weather Permitting)
  • Broadleaf and crabgrass control by April 30^th
  • Fertilizer by June 7^th
  • Fertilizer by September 10^th
  • Broadleaf weed control after September 21^st
  • Winter fertilizer by December 10^th

SNOW REMOVAL

• Will be performed when snow accumulation reaches 2 inches or more on
  • Perimeter sidewalks and driveway aprons along Rose Hollow Drive, Trellis Circle and Thrush Court
  • Sidewalks and steps leading to the clubhouse
  • Sidewalks leading to and around tennis courts

TRASH REMOVAL

• Pick up for Trash is performed twice a week on Monday and Thursday
• Recycling is performed on Thursday

POOL SEASON

• The pool area will be open from the last Saturday in May through Monday of Labor Day
• The pool area will be open 7 days/week from 10 am – 8 pm
• No lifeguard, swim at your own risk

INSURANCE

Rose Hollow Condominium provides insurance for Building Coverage, General Liability and Directors and Officers. Each homeowner should acquire a HO6 policy for their unit with $10,000 of building coverage.  Any questions concerning insurance please contact the Management Company.
